Kingvalle
These two mountain cabins were built a year apart and are located in Kingvalle Ca. the perfect winter get away. The G.C. on these projects is Stigall Homes out of Placerville, Ca. These projects were fun to build and not to complex with engineering in them. We started framing the first one last August and by mid September we had it dried in. We started framing the second one this year in June and by late August we had it dried in as well.
These mountain homes are designed for the snow, with it's steep pitches on the roof's and high floors off the exteriors surroundings makes this the perfect winter mountain home. There is absolutely no wasted space in these cabins at all, every square inch is used up properly and with that in mind, it makes for a perfect 3 bedroom cabin with an extra family room.
